Visiting this website

To deliver the pages, your browser’s request, including your IP address, browser type and the page you ask for, passes through Cloudflare, which serves this website for us. StackPulse (Stapul OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia) builds and runs the site on our behalf.

This data is used only to deliver the site and protect it from attacks; we do not use it to identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process the data outside the EU and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Cloudflare’s privacy policy).

Booking on Fresha

The Book buttons take you to Fresha. Fresha handles your booking and payment under its own privacy policy and shares your booking details with us, so we can prepare and provide your treatment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you contact us

If you call, email or message us on Instagram, we use what you send to answer you and arrange your appointment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our email runs on Gmail (Google) and messages on Instagram (Meta); their privacy policies apply to those services.

Links to other sites

Google Maps, Instagram and Fresha open on their own sites, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep data

We keep booking and contact details as long as we need them for your appointments, and invoices and accounting records as long as Maltese tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to diva.beautylounge.mt@gmail.com.
